PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Projects may require upfront deposits or milestone-based payments depending on the engagement.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest. Unity Is Wealth reserves the right to pause or terminate services until outstanding balances are settled.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated based on work completed at the time of cancellation. Any deposits made may be non-refundable.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Unity Is Wealth does not guarantee investment outcomes or financial returns. All decisions made based on our guidance are the sole responsibility of the client.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Unity Is Wealth shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from investment decisions or use of our services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, reports, and strategies provided remain the intellectual property of Unity Is Wealth unless otherwise agreed.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
